Grind Time Pro Wrestling has weekly shows at the Grind Time Performance Center located in the historic Brewster-Wheeler Recreation Center located in Downtown Detroit. And we are making it affordable for families, the admission will only be $5 per person! Fans will get the chance to catch the future stars of Michigan Pro Wrestling weekly with recent Grind Time Wrestling graduates, students, Grind TIme Alumni and young and hungry Michigan Indy Wrestling stars!
Shows will be every Thursday night with doors opening at 6pm, preshow at 6:30pm and bell time at 7pm. Come early and get the best seats and cheer for your favorite Grind Time Stars!

Saturday September 5th 2026, Grind Time Pro Wrestling Acadeny will be having a free show and the cool thing is the main event will be a ladder match to crown the first ever Spirit of Detroit Champion.
