Grind Time Wrestling Academy Performance Center’s one-of-a-kind 15-week training program found only at the Grind Time Wrestling Academy Performance Center that is located in dowton Detroit will take you from an enthusiastic fan to a performer inside the squared circle.

All classes are capped at only 10 students, which means lots of personal, customized instruction with your trainers, to help you find your character and hone your craft. We have both male and female trainers on staff. Our staff includes former WWE star Alex Shelley, current TNA Star Trey Miguel and TNA Talent Relations Television Coach John E Bravo.
